Buying property

Whether you’re looking for a single-family home, acreage to roam, or property to use for an investment, our team is ready to help.

Single-family homes

We know the ins and outs of every step of the home-buying process, and we’re skilled negotiators who can help you get the best possible deal for your purchase. We recommend that you get pre-approved for a loan to help narrow down our search and speed things along when you’re ready to put in an offer. Need a lender referral? Contact us and we’d be happy to help.

Easements, mineral rights, surface control, water rights, exemptions, and other restrictions must be taken into account before purchasing land, rural, and ranch properties. We’ll hunt down every detail and advise you on the best decision.

Land, rural, and ranch

Mineral and surface rights determine who has the rights to the natural resources under a property and the rights to extract it from the ground.

An easement is a right or privilege to use a property, and some rural properties allow a person or entity to use the land for another purpose—like pipelines, electrical lines, and/or access.

Large rural properties may feature water on or under the property, but the rights to it may or may not go to the landowner.

Rural properties could qualify for an agricultural use exemption or other exemptions. If yours does, you could see substantial tax savings.

Investment properties

If you’re interested in an investment property, you should know that the loan and purchase process is unique. We’re investors ourselves, and we can guide you through each step, strategize, and advise on areas that are likely to deliver a return on your investment.
